Please fill in your address in all details in your order information, otherwise the package we mail to you will be returned or ruined by the carrier. In this case we will just ignore your request to save everyone the trouble.

⑴ Send us an email and attach the certificate of quality problem of the goods. You can prove it by photos or videos.

⑵ Clearly put forward the return requirements.

⑶ After receiving your return requirements, we will provide you with our return address.

⑷ You need to send the goods to the designated return address provided by us (please note that the operation cost and freight incurred shall be borne by the buyer). 

⑸ After receiving the goods and checking, we will send a full refund within two working days.


3. Where will the refund amount go?

After receiving the returned goods, we will operate a full refund, and the refund fee will be directly returned to the original account you paid.

4. How long before I receive a refund?
We will operate refund within two working days after receiving the goods, and you will receive your refund within 2-14 working days.

⑴ Express to us by email your requirement for exchange and telling us the reason why you want to exchange product.

⑵ After negotiation, if we agree to your exchange requirement, we will provide you with a return address.If we do not agree with your exchange requirement, the exchange process will not be triggered.

⑶ You need to send the goods to the designated return address provided by us(please note that the buyer is expected to pay the freight for returning and resending the product.). 

⑸ After receiving the goods and checking, we will send the agreed product.

3. How long does it take for me to receive the new product?

After receiving the goods and checking, we will send the agreed product.Generally, we will ship within five days. The delivery time depends on the product inventory. You will receive your goods 5-20 days after delivery, which depends on the delivery speed of the logistics provider.
